I am thankful for dogs. All breeds, colors, traits. They make me happy.

Mismo and Ziptie are two that make me particularly happy.

These two dogs are different breeds, have different personalities and different goals in life but they still remain besties. Their friendship is quite refreshing from a human perspective. It would be so nice if humans of different cultures, beliefs, personalities and goals could put aside some of these differences and simply appreciate life. Each of us only have one.

  • Mismo and Zip Tie…if only people in general would take your lead on how to get along and learn from each other…the world would certainly be a better place!

    Happy Thanksgiving everyone!!!

  • Ziptie is so cute! Young with alot of energy. Mismo doing good just not his line of work! Noticed
how well they behave is amazing! You said a mouthful their about getting along–it’s called
respect and the dogs get it!

  • I couldn’t agree MORE, Aliy! That’s as it should be! I love the song from the movie Invictus “ColorBlind” which speaks to that very thought/idea. Google it, or You Tube it, I think you would LOVE it! Happy Thanksgiving from one of your biggest fans for over a decade!
Much love to you and Allen, your family and team, and doggie team! <3 <3

  • I saw that one point in the living room with the two of them that Mismo thought he would like that bone for himself. But, he let it be, looked away. Noblese Oblige.

Friendships are complex in humans. What makes a true friend? I don’t think I will ever truly understand that in humans – surely forgiveness, constancy.

  • Thanks so much for your annotated report/pix of Chena – who is, as we had thought she would be, running in lead with Chemo as they enjoy retirement together with Outlaw!!!

She looks as if she is ever so pleased with her new digs and new loving family. And exploring the Adironacks, her new home, with 2-legged family as well!!!

Not to forget, thank you for SP Kennel packet of gifts for 2019-2020!!! Much appreciated!!! Looking forward to the racing season – WOOF WOOF WOOF
