Put those miles in!!! Whenever it comes to the actual Winter Solstice it always marks for me the coming of (eventually) more daylight and more time to see the beauties of nature.
Dogs can see a whole lot better (5 times, according to internet source) in the dark than us 2-leggeds.
Great pre-Solatice run!!! Love the full moon shot….magical time out there right now….soon the return of the sun!!!
That scenery is so beautiful!! I would love to be there on the back of a sled dog team enjoying the great state of Alaska. I hope SPK has a wonderful racing season and I will always cheer for you!
