That was a challenge!
The Red Team came across the line just a minute or so after Shaynee Traska. They enjoyed a snack, got straight into the truck, got a huge dinner at their houses and are now sleeping! They will get the next few days off. We’re so very proud of them all.
Aliy is enjoying some chicken pesto and salad before heading to bed herself, she gets tomorrow off.
We await Jeff and the R&Bs; at this stage it could be daylight before we see them but we will keep an eye out. He has with him our private tracker so we will watch for him over night.

It looks like it has been a difficult race for many teams.
I am lucky to end my day knowing that one my teams is home safe and sound. I look forward to photos (maybe videos) of both teams at some point.

Congratulation RED team on finishing 6th in TR200 2018. Sounds like you faced challenging conditions on lots of the trail. Nice job Aliy, dogs, and all other humans involved in supporting RED team to be out on the trail. Enjoy some really well earned rest and treats!
