Quito and Chica led the charge into Central with Biscuit and Pud in swing. As you can see by the picture, Chica liked her promotion and leading with her sister.
Allen had a brief stay at Central checkpoint, stopping only to fix a missing bolt on the break of his sled (broken on the descent of Eagle Summit), replace a few booties, grab gear and straw, and then back on the trail.
Allen is planning on camping between Central and Circle, so the dogs will get some quiet rest away from all the hubbub of the checkpoints. With the steepness of Rosebud and Eagle behind them, Allen and the dogs are looking forward to the upcoming runs.
Great photo of Chica and Quito .. Once he leaves Circle, we all will have to be patient for more photos until Dawson – I am not big on the patience thing.

This may be a stupid question. How does the handlers, support team get to the checkpoints. By truck to Circle then what. Love all the updates from Aliy and Ryne. Woohoo!!!!! Way to Go Allen.
