Allen arrived in 24th position with 12 dogs at 10:37 pm AST. The whole Moore – Zirkle clan was waiting for Allen to come in.
We will be putting up a bit more about the 2011 Iditarod over the next few days, but this is the end of the official race coverage. Thank you so much for following the race with us.

What great results for your teams this year: Aliy finished 11th and Allen 24th! As I recall, last year was 16th and 35th. You are definitely building toward the future.
Great job Allen! So happy for both SPK teams and their terrific finishes. Loved the footage of taking the dogs back home. Onward to sleeping, eating & relaxing for all the 2 & 4 legged athletes – well earned. Proud to be an SPK fan.

Stayed up til almost 2AM CDT and watched all of you on the kaiser racing cam. Fun to watch you filming before Allen came and now see that video . Good job Allen and the Black Team
There are no words that can describe this "team". From the handlers, mushers, mothers, fathers, sons and daughters, brothers, sisters, grandsons and nephews, both 2 and 4 legged this is a team that I love watching. I am proud to be able to contribute to such a great group of people. Thank you so much for all you give us armchair fans.
