  • Oh no, don't let the videos end!! I have really enjoyed checking the site every few hours for updates…ya'll did a great job! Look forward to hearing how all the pups are doing….send some pics if you can!

  • I can't even begin to express my gratitude for letting me come along on the journey. Checking the dog log and following Aliy, Allen, Bridgett, and the dogs has become a part of my daily routine. Now that the season is coming to an end, I feel strangely disappointed. Not disappointed in the amount of coverage or the performance of all of the amazing athletes, but disappointed that my vicarious adventure is over until next year.

I hope you all enjoy your off season, but I will be anxiously awaiting the return of fall. I can't wait for the next journey to begin!
Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

  • This one was just delightful. Listening to Aliy, still so upbeat after all the miles and all the challenges getting there. Loved hearing her talking to and talking about the dogs. I think Tatfish knew the end of the race was near and time he could let go a little. Wasn't he just as eager as Rosie to get to the sidelines for some petting when they got into Nome? I hope he's had his couch time by now.

  • This coverage has been so cool! Thank you for everyone's efforts. Any thought to producing a DVD of this year's Iditarod?

  • Ditto "Dustyllr" comments!!!!!:)Hugs to Dingle!! and all team members…human and canine! Excellent job! Thank You for the adventure!

  • Thank you so much for allowing us to follow along Aliy's journey (and thank you to Aliy for taking us with you!) to Nome.

I sure am going to miss seeing the vids, that's for sure, and I hope she'll do it again next year.

Will there be any off season updates to this blog? I've enjoyed it so much.

    Thank you again!

  • The videos are nothing short of fantastic. They capture the entire range of the Iditarod experience.
The exhilaration of the start, the intense concentration on the Steps,
the relentless fatigue, the apprehension about overflow at 40 below, open water on the Yukon and the cracks and pressure ridges on the sea ice.
They also show the musher's love for Alaska and for the dogs along with the raw emotion of the last mile in to Nome. Great work everyone. This is by far the best
kennel website.Thank you all for a job well done.

  • Thank you Aliy and team for the opportunity for my students to following your dog teams journey to Nome! We loved it!

  • Great video of ANWR! Loved it all especially seeing the pups run and their tounge's hanging out! Wish I could be there!

  • These video have been spectacular!! Are you planning to do interviews with Aliy and Allen like you did after the Copper Basin, and maybe tell us alittle more about the dropped dogs? How much longer are you going to be there doing what you do now that the racing season is over? We miss you already!!
