  • Awesome video, very interesting. Thank you Ray and Moira!

Hoping the sled keeps Allen safe and the Black Team has a great second half of the YQ!!!

    Best,

  • Lol….I like the "to do list"! It's nice this race allows handlers to help out so much….must take a lot of pressure off of the Mushers knowing their dogs and sled are taken care of! Ray was very cute in the video….we hear a lot about him but it was nice to see him in action! Thanks for the insight!

  • Thanks for letting us avid fans know all the little things that are done to keep the mushers out there on the trail. Especially like your sense of humor with the diesle fuel addedtive to prevent geling at -50. Funny.

  • Too funny – great video – thanks so much. The SPK support crew is #1. I have to say Aliy & Kaz sure did a fine job picking out those husbands of theirs. Thanks Ray for keeping the sled in top shape and thanks Moira for keeping all of us laughing. Go Black Team! Go Dogs!

  • That was funny and charming. It is always such a serious business being a proper fan, trying to get all the dogs names right, and understanding what is going on. Thanks for the uplifting video, with great wit and humor.

  • Its the Ray and Moira show! What a hoot! Thanks you two for the giggles and also for the overview of the sled. It is alot smaller and lighter looking than I thought it would be.

  • Still LMAO!!!!
You two are so much fun. I don't know how you can think this stuff up while you are working so hard and so sleep deprived.

Thanks to you two, Jeff and Mitch will be trying to get turbo boost and flux capacitors for their sleds before Iditarod, and Dallas will be trying to find out what a Flux Capacitor is.?!
Looks like someone got handling lessons from Doc and Marty 🙂

Ray and Moira truly helping us see the whole picture. I love it!!

heading to work in a bit, however, my mind will be on Allen and his team all night.

Stay dry, heading to 40 mile Black team. 🙂

  • Ray, you are too funny!! So happy that you fixed that Flux Capacitor too! Excellent team work!

  • Is there a problem bringing a sled that's been in a heated space outside into the cold? I know a case of putting on warm skis that melt snow which then freezes the bindings.

  • The movie references are so funny!

"Rosebud", one of the peaks, which of course, was the SLED in the fireplace in classic movie Citizen Kane!!!

You guys run the BEST website/blog – not to mention the best four-legged "straight men/women" – GO BLACK TEAM!!!
