What's being consumed more – tums or coffee? Something tells me it's probably about equal amounts. Isn't this the time of year that Aliy goes off coffee in prep for the Iditarod? Y'all look great! Thanks for this behind the scenes view.

Everything has been great on the updates. So many of them, ya hoo! I take prilosec in the AM just to get thru it all. Thanks to the greatest team for the Bestest updates! We are all rooting for the doggies and you Allen!

Did someone mention "Hollywood"? I think you are all stars. I also think this post would be an excellent theme for a puppy litter…Tums, Coffee, Watch, Wait, Refresh, Update, Prilosec, Hope…etc.
Another thing I notice is Ray in short sleeves! I know you're indoors and all but he must be really hearty stock. In the photos/videos of the race start I almost commented about how he was the only one not wearing a hat and now here he sits in a t-shirt while everyone else has layers and long sleeves. Easy to pick out the one who was (I'm guessing) born and raised in Alaska.
I just love all the hard workers that are behind the scenes! When I say Woo Hoo, Go Allen Go, I'm talking to everyone!!
Nothing like a sled dog race to get the stomach in knots while waiting for teams to arrive at check points. You all seem to be coping well though. Keep up the great work at keeping the rest of us updated! I'm gonna go get some Tums now…
Probiotics instead of Tums in my case, but the motive is the same – probably with better results, thank goodness.
