Many of you may have already seen this excellent video, but just in case… It includes some really great shots of the SP Kennel team! Tell us in the comments how much you’re looking forward to this year’s Yukon Quest!

“The Yukon Quest finishes and its the most exciting for many years with only seconds between first place, Hugh Neff and Second place Allen Moore. After 1000 miles there was only 15 seconds separating them.” — Music Sarah MacDougall, Sometimes You Lose, Sometimes You Win.

  • Just last week I was watching (again for the umpteenth time!) this video as well as several others made by Gillett and Barber during last year's Quest. Super excited for racing season to start again!! Go SPKennel!

  • I can't wait to watch the bouncing doggy icons move across the map! The Quest is my favorite race. It's truly epic every year.

  • Thanks,Macgellan! I will watch it as soon as I regain power for my fast computer, my well, not to mention heat and light (on the East Coast we are in the midst of recovery from Hurricane Sandy, which has left Southwestern CT, where I am located, in a very rural condition).

I look at these "hardships" as part of fan training for following SP Kennel in Iditarod 2013!

  • Sure, I am ready to be constantly checking the YQ website at all hours of the day and night to see if Allen's dog icon moved and SPK's website to get updates on both Aliy and Allen…can't wait!

  • I must confess that ever since I watched this posting have been searching for other videos from last year. Allen you are such a star what a great race and finish. You Rock!
